Farhad spent his childhood in a military town, where the values of responsibility, discipline, and devotion to the homeland were likely instilled in him. Marriage and the joy of fatherhood were integral parts of his life, leaving cherished memories of him as a loving husband and a caring father to his son.
Farhad was an outstanding lawyer and an excellent professional. His service in the Ministry of Internal Affairs, particularly in the Main Investigation Department as a senior investigator for especially important cases, was marked by his high qualifications and exceptional professionalism. He approached his work with dedication and seriousness, earning the respect and trust of his colleagues. Farhad held the rank of police lieutenant colonel.
In 2007, Farhad suffered a stroke in his office.
Tragically, he passed away in 2016. His loss was profound, and we will always remember Farhad as an outstanding professional, a devoted family man, and an exceptional person.
