She was born on March 24, 1975 in the village of Duz Kirigli, Tovuz region. He graduated from the Faculty of Pediatrics of Azerbaijan State Medical University and the Faculty of International Law of Baku State University. Doctor of philosophy in political sciences, professor. He was awarded the Order of "Honor" of Georgia. He is a member of Azerbaijan Writers Union. He is the author of more than 20 scientific and journalistic books, novels, and hundreds of articles. He was the scriptwriter and chief consultant of about 20 documentaries. He is an honorary citizen of Georgia, as well as many provinces of Turkey. He knows Russian and English languages.
She is a member of the World Azerbaijanis Coordinating Council. He is the chairman of the Eurasian Institute of International Studies Public Union.
Since 1998, she has worked as a reporter, correspondent, editor, leading editor, chief leading editor, deputy chief editor, deputy chief editor of the news department of the "ANS" television company. In 2005-2012, she was the head of the Public Relations Department of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, and in 2012-2015, she headed the Department of Political Sciences of "Odlar Yurdu" University.
She was a deputy of the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan on the third, fourth and fifth calls.

She was the head of the Azerbaijani delegation at the Asian Parliamentary Assembly.
Ganira Pashayeva was admitted to the intensive care unit of the Central Clinical Hospital on September 23 due to serious health problems. Due to the critical health condition of Ganira Pashayeva, who was diagnosed with a hypotonic condition of unknown origin, despite all necessary measures taken by the medical staff of the Central Clinical Hospital and medical specialists recruited from Turkey, unfortunately, Ganira Pashayeva died on September 28, 2023 at the age of 48. She was buried on September 29, 2023 in the Second Alley of Honor.
