Life story
Ilgar Qarash oglu Orucov was born on March 8, 1964, in the village of Shaki in the Sisian district of Western Azerbaijan. In 1971, he started his education at the secondary school in the Sisian district. During his school years, he became the favorite and friend of everyone due to his character and diligence. After completing the 8th grade, he moved with his family to Sumgayit in 1979. That same year, he entered the Sumgayit Vocational School (Polytechnic), where he continued his education in the field of electricity.
From 1980 to 1982, he successfully studied guitar at the music courses of the "Gənclik" club in Sumgayit. His teacher was the esteemed master Malik. He was loved at many events he managed as a musician. He also personally managed his niece's wedding. On November 24, 1982, he began his military service in the internal troops in Tomsk region of Russia. On December 31, 1982, he earned the title of regular military shooter (VUS 014). During his service, he also worked as an electrician. In 1983, he successfully completed his military service and returned home. He worked for three years as a foreman at the Sumgayit city Corporate Concrete Plant.
On October 24, 1989, he married Aida. They had two children: a daughter, Esmira (born on August 22, 1990), and a son, Emin (born on November 16, 1992). He worked as an electrician for many years and later continued to work in taxi services. From 2016 to 2019, he worked as a driver for the "Xırman" company.
He was Azerbaijani by nationality. Political views: party – Yeni Azərbaycan Partiyası (YAP). Favorite color – red. Favorite singers – electroguitarist Ramish, Konül Xasıyeva, Elnarə Abdullayeva, Aygün Bəylər, Əflatun Qubadov.
He was a person everyone turned to for advice and was respected by all. He was very understanding, kind, and open-hearted. He was a wonderful husband and an irreplaceable father for his family and children. He was always supportive of others. He was cheerful, joked a lot, never hurt anyone, and had a very sensitive heart. He was extremely humble and simple.
His untimely death brought pain to all who knew him. He passed away on December 17, 2019, within four hours in ambulance on the way to Baku hospital . Despite the passage of time, he left an indelible mark in the hearts of all.
He was buried in the Corat cemetery in the city of Sumgayit.
