Life story
Pashaev Elgun Ilham ogly was born on 03/04/1994 in Sabirabad district. In 2000, he entered secondary school No. 1 of the Sabirabad district.
In 2008, he continued his education at secondary school No. 27 of the village of Zobuzhug in the Fizulin district. In 2011, he graduated from the 11th grade of this school. In April 2012, he was called up for military service from the military commissariat of the Fizulin district. He served in the border troops of the Republic of Azerbaijan. He completed his military service on October 22, 2013. From 15.03.2014 to 2018, he worked as a security guard at the Sokar oil company. On 01.05.2020, he was hired on the basis of a contract in the conscription department of the Fizulin district as an active serviceman and served as a medical instructor in the anti-tank unit of the military unit #706, and from 14.02.2020 in the staff unit with the rank of junior sergeant. In 2015, he created a family. On the second year of his service, on September 27, 2020, the Karabakh war began. Elgun voluntarily participated in the battles as a sanitary instructor. Elgun heroically rose to the top of martyrdom in battles in the Fizulin district during the Second Karabakh War. Our martyr was buried on October 15, 2020 at the cemetery of the village of Araz in Dilagard, Fizulin district.
After his death, Elgun left two children in the inheritance of the country. After his death, by the Orders of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Pashaev Elgun was awarded the medals "For the Motherland", "For the liberation of Fizuli", "Courageous fighter" and "For the liberation of Khojaven".
