Life story
Yusif Budagov was born on October 11, 1997, in Baku. The only child in the family, Yusif was born on October 11, 1997, in Baku. From 2003 to 2014, he studied at secondary school No. 132 in Baku. From 2015 to 2017, he served in the military and later received an education in design at a college. After the early death of his father, Yusif took a job at a clinic in Baku, where he worked as a chief technician. Yusif Budagov heroically participated in the Patriotic War, which began in September 2020, for the liberation of our territories and was martyred.
It should be noted that a bas-relief in memory of the martyr has been placed on Mehdi Huseyn Street 51, near the apartment where he used to live.
Yusif Budagov Ramiq oglu fought in the battles in the Fuzuli and Khojavend directions during the Patriotic War, which began on September 27, 2020, by the Armed Forces of Azerbaijan for the liberation of territories occupied by Armenia and the restoration of Azerbaijan's territorial integrity. He was martyred on October 20, 2020, in the direction of Khojavend. The body of the martyr was handed over to his relatives on October 30 and buried on October 31 in the Badamdar cemetery. Yusif Budagov, who participated in the April battles, joined the fighting from the first days of the Patriotic War and reached the peak of martyrdom on October 27 in the battles in the direction of Fuzuli.
By the relevant decrees of the President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, Yusif Budagov was posthumously awarded the medals "For the Homeland", "For the Liberation of Khojavend", "For the Liberation of Fuzuli" and the Order "For Service to the Homeland" III degree.
